Luc Greggain - president
Luc Greggain is the President of Fresco, After graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he decided to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit and focus on a more hands-on, dynamic and exciting venture. With hard work, passion and dedication, Luc expanded his general contracting business into land development and has been growing ever since. Luc is excited to lead Fresco through its continued growth and success.
Aaron Greggain - VP of Operations
Aaron Greggain, VP of Operations, graduated from Queens University with a degree in computer engineering. After working in the tech sector for a few years, he decided to launch his own small Flooring business. His business rapidly grew and expanded to include kitchen and bathroom renovations. Aaron and his father then formed a general contracting partnership, concentrating on mid-range residential and commercial renovations and additions. They subsequently joined forces with his brother Luc.
Lance Greggain - General Manager
Lance Greggain is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo. He has a long track record of taking start-up companies from zero to tens of millions of dollars in revenue. His experience in business management and deep understanding of systems, structures and processes have been a key factor in the success of Fresco and its ability to expand and adapt to larger projects.

Yoga Loft - Nobelton - 2023
Design Build of a Hot Yoga studio in Nobelton Ontario. Including Architectural Design, Mechanical Engineering, Signage, Flooring, Drywall, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Doors, Tile, Millwork and Painting. The project was completed on time and on budget.
The success of this project is largely due to our amazing client Jen Cabrel who worked with us to make design decisions and product selections through the course of construction.
Dental Office - Archer Dental - Little Italy, Location: Toronto, Sector: Medical, Market: Commercial Delivery: Jan 2023
Complete buildout of 3000 sq ft dental office. The space was previously a restaurant and bar. It was completely gutted and rebuilt from scratch. Including significant architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Specifically new subfloor, structural beams and lintels, flooring, interior partitions, custom dental millwork and custom reception desks and vanities. Custom mosaic tiles, vinyl murals, LED down and uplighting, lead lining of walls, custom wood paneling on curved walls and ceilings.
Design Build of Custom Cottage - Client: Sarah Cole, Location: Bracebridge, Sector: Custom Home , Market: Residential, Delivery: March 2022
Design Build of a Custom Home in Bracebridge, Ontario. We took this project from raw land, to design, permit approval, and new utilities including hydro and a 250 ft well. Then all construction from start to finish in under 8 months and on budget.
The success of this project is largely due to our amazing client Sarah Cole who made incredible design decisions and product selections through the course of construction.
Dental Office Rosedale - sector: Medical, Market: Commercial Delivery: March 2021
Expansion of a dental practice into a new unit. The client had a dental practice in a medical building in the Rosedale area of Toronto, and was looking to add new operatories, a sterilization room, office, and staff room in a unit across the hall from the existing practice. The unit was completely gutted and rebuilt including new custom lead lined glass, circular ceiling details and custom millwork
