Complete buildout of 3000 sq ft dental office. The space was previously a restaurant and bar. It was completely gutted and rebuilt from scratch. Including significant architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Specifically new subfloor, structural beams and lintels, flooring, interior partitions, custom dental millwork and custom reception desks and vanities. Custom mosaic tiles, vinyl murals, LED down and uplighting, lead lining of walls, custom wood paneling on curved walls and ceilings.
