Project Description
This project involved the self-funded construction of a detached garden suite located behind a fully renovated duplex, transforming the property into a three-unit multi-residential investment. The project included comprehensive renovations of the two main units, infrastructure upgrades, and the new build of a modern, detached three-bedroom unit at the rear of the lot. We continue to own and manage this property, and it remains a successful addition to our portfolio.
