Fresco delivered a turnkey fit-out for LSDR’s new Pilates studio in Toronto, transforming a raw retail shell into a refined, performance-ready space. Scope included MEP and electrical upgrades for specialized equipment, acoustic treatment and sprung flooring, custom millwork reception and retail displays, accessible change rooms, and programmable LED lighting. Our AI-driven coordination streamlined permitting, procurement, and scheduling to compress timelines while maintaining premium finishes and tight cost control—resulting in a brand-aligned studio that opens smoothly and operates efficiently.
