Complete buildout of a hearing aid store in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This was a very old building, and many of the old building materials, and practices no longer meet code. All of the drain pipes, and fire separations had to be upgraded to meet todays standards. The space was also previously 2 units. Structural improvements were completed to combine the two spaces in a way that made the new office flow in the best way possible for the client. The project also included architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Specifically significant soundproofing, medical grade outlets, custom millwork, curved walls and trim, LED down lighting, custom glazing, and an accessible bathroom.
Complete buildout of a hearing aid store in the Leaside area of Toronto. The building is a LEED certified space, so special care had to be taken with energy efficiency in order to maintain this certification. Improved insulation, occupancy sensors, and programmable lights were used, as well as an air curtain above the front door to ensure optimum energy efficiency. The project also included architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Specifically significant soundproofing, medical grade outlets, custom millwork, curved walls and trim LED down lighting.

This was a complete renovation of a second floor apartment in Toronto. The renovation included major structural re-enforcements, new rooftop mounted HVAC units, flat roofing. We created a beautiful rooftop patio by relocating mechanical equipment and adding cedar shingled guard rails, cedar decking, and artificial turf. We finished the interior with a custom kitchen and storage units, exposed rafters, a steam room with a digital shower control. Heated flooring in the bathroom and custom LED accent lights throughout the space.
Expansion of a dental practice into a new unit. The client had a dental practice in a medical building in the Rosedale area of Toronto, and was looking to add new operatories, a sterilization room, office, and staff room in a unit across the hall from the existing practice. The unit was completely gutted and rebuilt including new custom lead lined glass, circular ceiling details and custom millwork
